From the West:
All points leading to Route 112 [LIE to Exit 64 South, Rte 112 (Medford Avenue) OR Southern State Parkway to Exit 44 East (Sunrise Hwy) to Exit 53 South, Rte. 112]. Travel south on Route 112 to East Main Street. Turn left onto East Main Street (Montauk Highway). Travel ¾ mile to fork in Road (Auto Warehouse on right side and Swan Cleaners at fork). Bear right onto 36 East (South Country Road) and travel ¾ mile (go over RR tracks) and immediately following lake on left side, make right at entrance of South Country Shores, (Southern Blvd.) Take Southern Blvd. to end (second Stop sign) and make right turn onto Colonial Drive. Drive into Dockside 500 Marina. Make left into Marina and follow signs to Marina Office. The entrance door to The Yoga Room is left of the Office door. Please remove shoes upon entering, walk upstairs and enter door on left.

From the East:
Sunrise Highway to Exit 55 (Rte.101) Make left turn at ramp and a left at light traveling south on Rte. 101. Continue south and cross (E. Main Street) Montauk Highway. Mobil Station on right. Continue behind Mobil Station (winding road) and make a left onto South Country Road. Cross RR tracks and continue on South Country Road and immediately following lake on left side, make right at entrance of South Country Shores, (Southern Blvd.) Take Southern Blvd. to end (second Stop sign) and make right turn onto Colonial Drive.
