Christine Cirelli, RYT is a 2006 graduate
of The Yoga Room School of Long Island. Certified and
registered with the Yoga Alliance, she has
been studying with Lucia Tucci DiPalo since 2002. She
completed her 500 hour
certification in May 2008. Christine holds a BFA in Dance, which has
inspired her to develop and teach YoPiLet which combines
Yoga, Pilates and Ballet. She continues to teach
in the Adult Education Program with the Patchogue/Medford School District.
Christine encourages her students to explore their own
boundaries with patience and acceptance.
Lucia Tucci DiPalo, ERYT, Certified Yoga Instructor, teaches in the Iyengar
tradition, integrating the release of muscles with postural alignment. Lucia has
been studying since 1978 and teaching since 1990. She is a member of both the B.K.S. Iyengar
Yoga Association of Greater NY and the New York Yoga
Teachers Association. She is a former president of the
Long Island Yoga Association. Lucia is also a Reiki

Jennifer Orobello, RYT, is a graduate
of The Yoga Room School of Long Island, certified at the
200 hour level. She teaches the Yoga program at Dowling
College.

Vinyasa - the linking of body movements with the breath.
A flowing, dynamic form of
yoga that connects body, mind and breath to create
meditation in motion. A specific
sequence of postures synchronized with the breath as in
the Sun Salutation.
It is recommended that you have at least 1 year of
steady yoga practice before
beginning this class.


Beginner Yoga classes are $12 for 1 hour class
Yoga Classes are $15 for
1.5 hour class
Vinyasa Yoga classes are $12 for 1 hour class
YoPiLet Classes have ended as of August 28,2008
Studio door opens 20 minutes prior to class time
If you arrive late to class, please enter quietly and
have a seat on the floor. Please wait until meditation
is over to unroll your mat and hang up your coat.
